My greatest skills are my ability to work under pressure and my kindness. My years as a manager at McDonald’s, trying to deal with the staff, the customers, insane rushes, protocol, and administrative stuff all at once, really taught me a great deal about staying focused and multitasking under high pressure. It also taught me that you can be calm and still work fast, you can be chill but super effective. And as I have always worked in the customer service industry, I’ve noticed my kindness is what makes the work worth it. The customers I meet and talk to are the highlight of every shift. I would say the past 10 years in the horeca industry have given me some really good skills, not only for more work but for life.

I have recently completed my BA in Media and Culture at the University of Amsterdam. I am 23 years young, looking to work preferably full-time.
I have worked in hospitality since the age of 13, when I began working at my
uncle’s restaurant during the summer. Since then, I have held a variety of roles across
different workplaces, each teaching me valuable skills in teamwork, responsibility, and
customer care. I am adaptable and hardworking, and I take pride in providing excellent
service and working well in a team. I complete tasks efficiently regardless of whether the
environment is calm or hectic
